At Platinum, the sales director does not charge or split commissions
when assisting a sales associate with completing a personal investment
transaction.

Platinum sales associates receive the highest possible compensation.
Agents receive 100% commission less a small administration fee per
transaction. This allows a sales associate to choose the type and
volume of advertising and fees they choose to pay.
Negotiable Commission Rates
Since the agent is truly an independent associate, the agent is able
to set the commission that is best suited for the transaction as long
as it is legal. You keep 100% of your commissions and pay only
the minimum applicable fees:
