We educate and encourage our sales associates to purchase properties for their personal portfolio. We offer specialized training to help you succeed with sales training meetings once a month.
At Platinum, the sales director does not charge or split commissions when assisting a sales associate with completing a personal investment transaction.

Highest Possible Compensation
Platinum sales associates receive the highest possible compensation. Agents receive 100% commission less a small administration fee per transaction. This allows a sales associate to choose the type and volume of advertising and fees they choose to pay.

Negotiable Commission Rates
Since the agent is truly an independent associate, the agent is able to set the commission that is best suited for the transaction as long as it is legal.  You keep 100% of your commissions and pay only the minimum applicable fees:

Freedom In Advertising
At Platinum, it’s the associate, not the broker who decides how much should be spent on advertising. As a Platinum agent, you determine how you want to invest in individual advertising and personal promotion. 
All Platinum agents set their own goals and income potential. The management staff will help if needed.

At Platinum, you have complete control of how much of your income you put back in business and how you allocate business expenses.
There are no franchise fees or other mandatory fees!
