STEPHANIE RAGSDALE Chief Officer of Operations – Platinum Real Estate Enterprises

Responsible for the development, implementation and management of all operational aspects of the business including company policies and procedures, process improvement and implementation, and financial reporting and accounting. 
 
Stephanie D. Ragsdale is a results oriented professional with over 9 years of broad-based corporate experience and visible achievements in project management, process development/improvement, new product development/commercialization and technical sales/marketing.  She has supported key business initiatives by: 1) utilizing quality improvement methodologies to improve processes for productivity savings; 2) developing commercialization strategies for new products and services; 3) and conducting primary and secondary market research to determine target markets for specific products.  She has designed and developed products for the bio-medical industry, fluids power industry, and gas turbine industry and has patents in the bio-medical field. 
 
Stephanie has a Master’s of Business Administration degree from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, MO.  She also has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Math and Physics from the College of Wooster in Wooster, OH.  The combination of her training and experience has given Stephanie the opportunity to manage and direct all operational aspects of the business.  She is also responsible for doing the accounting and bookkeeping for the company.  Lastly, she is dedicated in providing the “The Ultimate Level” in customer support to Platinum Agents.  She states, “Platinum Real Estate Enterprises is about people.  Our Agents are the cornerstone of Platinum’s growth and success.  I am dedicated to the development and implementation of programs and processes that will enhance their productivity in the field.” 
 
Stephanie is a member of the MBA Association, National Black MBA’s of Atlanta, the Georgia Real Estate Investors Association and the Atlanta Artist’s Center.  She enjoys drawing and painting as well as organizing and participating in community services programs such as Habitat for Humanity, Hands on Atlanta and clothes/toys drives for the Atlanta Children’s Shelter.  Stephanie also organizes activities for Platinum including the corporate Annual Christmas Party.
